How to Return or Exchange – Brave Hearts

1. Start Your Return

To begin the return process, please use our Return Form below.
You’ll need your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Make sure the following conditions are met:

• The item is in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact

• The item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

• The return is requested within 14 days of receiving the item

2. Refund or Exchange – You Decide

After registering your return, choose whether you want a refund or an exchange:

• Refund to original payment method:
  A 5€ processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

• Refund as store credit:
  Receive your full amount back plus an extra 10€ store credit for your next order.

• Exchange for another item or size:
  A 5€ shipping fee applies, payable by credit card during the exchange process.

3. Send Your Return

Once your return is confirmed, you’ll receive a DHL return label.
You can either print it or show the QR code directly at a DHL location.
Please make sure to repack the item securely, in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

4. Receive Your Refund or Store Credit

After your return has been received and approved, we’ll process your refund or store credit.
Refunds are issued within 15 business days to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your selection.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to finalize the transaction.
